The fine print
Terms, stated plainly
Prices effective 26 July 2026. I give 30 days notice before any change, and existing Care clients keep their signed rate for at least 12 months.
- Build fees are starting points for a defined scope. Your final fee is fixed in writing after the AI Roadmap Sprint — we do not bill hourly for scoped work.
- A Care Plan is required for the first six months after handover, then continues month to month with 30 days notice.
- Pay a year of Care up front and get two months free.
- Model and infrastructure usage — tokens, hosting, vector databases — is billed at cost plus 10%, or you can bring your own API keys.
- Work beyond your plan's included hours is billed at ₹3,500 per hour, always quoted and approved first.
- You own everything we build for you: code, prompts, datasets and fine-tuned model weights.
- All prices exclude GST. Indian clients are billed 18% GST on top.
- Non-INR amounts are indicative conversions from our INR price list and are confirmed at the exchange rate on your invoice date.
FAQ
Pricing questions
Why is the Care Plan mandatory instead of optional?
Because an AI system is not a website. The models behind it get deprecated, your documents change, and real users ask things your launch test set never contained. Systems without active care quietly degrade — accuracy drops, costs drift up, and nobody notices for months. We only ship systems we are still accountable for, so Care is part of the deal for the first six months. After that it is your call, month to month.
What does the build fee actually include?
Discovery against your roadmap, the full implementation, integration with your systems, testing, deployment, documentation, a team handover session and one month of stabilisation after go-live. It excludes model and hosting usage, which is billed at cost plus 10% or run on your own keys.
Why publish a 'from' price instead of an exact one?
Because the honest answer depends on your scope. A chatbot for one channel with two integrations is a different project from one spanning four channels and a legacy ERP. Can we start smaller than the Roadmap Sprint?
The ₹49,000 Sprint is the smallest engagement we take, and it is credited back in full against your build fee if you proceed within 90 days. It exists so you get a costed architecture and an ROI model before making a larger decision — not a sales deck.
Which Care tier should we pick?
Essential if the system is internal and usage is steady. Growth if it is customer-facing and accuracy or cost per conversation affects revenue — that is where most clients land, and it is the tier that includes monthly tuning against real logs. Scale if the system is business-critical and you need an SLA, weekly evaluations and a named engineer.
Can we change Care tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade at any time, effective immediately. Downgrade at the end of any month after the initial six-month term, with 30 days notice.
What if we already have something built and just need it maintained?
We can take it over. It starts with a paid technical audit priced like the Roadmap Sprint, because we will not put an SLA on code we have not read. If it is in reasonable shape, you move straight onto a Care Plan without a build fee.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes — India, the USA, Canada, France and the UAE. Prices are set in INR and shown in your local currency as an indicative conversion. We work across your business hours and invoice in your currency.
